How does Tatsumaki know who pre-balding Saitama is, when he didn't become a hero until after he was bald, in chapter 16?

And in whatever "A festival with Saitama" is, Genos calls Saitama sensei, which doesn't happen until chapter 6.

He meets Tatsumaki for the first time in chapter 30.

Saitama began balding 1.5 years before the start of the manga

So how does Tatsumaki know Saitama during his balding phase?

They did, but they simply weren't aware of who each other really were. The manga is only when they've been properly introduced.

Saitama isn't really known for having good memory (He forgets names and faces even in days, let alone the multiple years it's been here) and he also hadn't gone bald yet, so I don't expect Tats/Fubuki to remember either.
