Inconclusive:
You can't vote on your own post, what the devil-

You can, as long it it isn't spiteful, made with a clear winner in mind, and you do so after valid discussion has been had.
There was a thread about OP votes awhile back, basically OP can vote as long as they aren't being a rat about it.
How do you even measure that?-

Probably just common deductive skills, like if OP votes for a specific character for like next to no reason that's a huge red flag, if they vote right away or something to is a tad suspect, the person themselves even could be an indicator, lots of shit honestly.
It should be safe as long as there's actual discussion ahead of time and OP only tosses a vote after said conversation and there's actual sound reasoning having been proposed, if OP FRA's and said FRA is based on a legit argument given by someone else it should be aight.
It should be safe here given both dudes have had reasoning put forth and who wins could be either or based on the above,

Regardless, I'd say that Granolah would win because he has significantly more feats than Appule, who was only shown to be a regular soldier. Granolah's decades of experience, his sniping skills and ability to play the long game could easily be enough to fend against Appule. He's a master of stealth and could easily hide, targeting Appule's scouter instantly to prevent him from locating Granolah. Once that happens, Appule would just be easy pickings for Granolah with his finger beam barrage. You saw how Granolah was able to put Vegeta and Goku on the ropes when using that strategy.

Besides, I'm not sure how large the AP gap really is with the Moon level DB characters. Sure, it's possible that Appule would have a higher AP than Granolah, but by how much is very debatable.
Is this not a vote for Granolah?
