Despite her protection against her own flames due to her spiritual armor, the large amount of rockets she just had to endure certainly still wasn't good for her. As she rises to her feet with the help of her blade, her burns, cuts, and possible broken bones heal up.

I felt my blade go in, did he survive the rockets too though?

As she wonders this, she starts scanning the area with her third eye, trying to locate the color of his soul again, while watching out for possible attacks in the aftermath of the blinding and deafening explosions, knowing she can't entirely rely on her normal senses currently. She holds her weapon at the ready as she surveys the area, just in case.

Jozu picks Incursio and as the dragon appears, so does the armor forms. Jozu quickly follows put his finger in his forehead and trying to sense some sort of presence around.

There's... actually nothing around at all. Except a few blips on the radar at the very edge of your senses, but that's nothing to worry about, right?

... You really get a good look at how devastated this place is. A grand majority of the buildings are just chunks of brick and other materials, utterly ravaged and lifeless outside of that one bakery. And... Hold on, is there something over there?

... No, that was just your imagination and some other creatures. But then... why is this place even here? They wouldn't really be getting many customers, would they?

He stumbles a bit as he tries to spit that out.

"... This battle cannot last much longer... So, with all this being shown before us, tell me... What is it you wish to do, once you gain the ether of my people? Do you have a Method you wish to bring about?"

Dy1 walks out of the bakery, guiding Concrehee-ho to follow him. "Now... I think we should move to other parts of Europe!"

A method to end suffering, and I'm supposed to enact that, I guess the simplest way would be

"To unify all under one banner. To protect those within my purview. Everything else would just flow from there, recovery, advancement, all things of the sort would come quicker when all is united. Suffering would be prevented by an strong rule and protection, and then snuffed out." She speaks before she even finishes her thought, the conviction in her voice showing that she believed this path was possible.

The same elemental speaks to the girl. They seem unbothered by their splitting into alternative egos... From their perspective, the essence and will is the same, is it not?

"Oh, I did forget to ask... How much are we allowed to alter this land? We wish to bring some life back to it again, and make it generally more inviting and recognizable as a landmark to our kin."

He steadies his stance, determination still immense. He heals his arm and any truly debilitating injuries going past a surface level, and indeed, his soul is still battered, and could potentially fade at any moment... It's a miracle he's even able to speak with as much wisdom as he does.

A nice, soft breeze comes over the place, as they seem to enter a meditative state. The other elementals take this as a sign, and start to freely alter the land.

First, the one of water begun to irrigate the place, making sure the soil below could sustain grass.

Then a being of plants planted that grass, and trees, and all other manner of things.

And they all continued in the same fashion for awhile, only stopping if directly inquired about something. Their efficiency is something to behold, for sure...

"Indeed, this country did try that at one point, but it was a flawed approach, in any man made system, there will be issues, there is an inability for them to create something that works flawlessly. The hearts of man are easily corrupted in the face of power, I agree, however, there are those who won't be corrupted despite the power they can possess. The less desires someone has, the less of a chance there is for them to be corrupted into fulfilling them."

"I don't possess any need for governers or delegates throughout the empire, for you've seen the people who would help my rule." She says, waving to some of the soldiers around

"All of them possess my will as it were, a hive mind unable to have their own wishes and desires. The potential for them to fail and fall is much lower as a result, and due to their nature, it would be easier to watch for and accommodate the needs of all. Their sheer numbers would negate any issues from the size of the nation as well. All that they see, I see, all that they hear, I hear, all that they know, I know. An omniscient big brother watching for complaints and issues, a direct line to the singular person in charge, no issues of bureaucracy and the like."

Frank stops in Paris in a dark alley where he is not seen, he was very exhausted, he begins to take a breath, then, he walks a bit to see the city but takes off his suit and puts it away.
