No, you didn't say the same thing as Ultima (You bullied me when I said that comment in the Anos revision. XD).I said that for qualitative transcendence it is not enough to bee infinitely large and seeing it as an infinitely small point, and you bullied me.
hehe (I actually said the same thing, I said it should be frankly 2-A)

Idk what you are talking about, but the next statement is used as comparison, hence it used the “like”, if it was equal as you mentioned, then the sentence would be
"They opened the mystic gateway into a strange environment, and they found themselves on a tree branch that appeared to stretch out to infinity."
Nope. The statement is not used as a comparison but rather as a description.

The previous statement of “opened the mystic gateway into a strange environment” is used to describe them entering into a new surrounding.

The follow up of “like a tree branch that stretches to infinity” is not being used to compare anything to it because they are one the tree branch itself. It is being used to describe the “strange environment” they stumbled upon to. Which happens to be the tree branch itself. You’re saying a tree is being compared to another tree and that just doesn’t seem to make sense here.

The word “like” has an incredible range of used and can be used as a descriptive word as well. It is not solely shackled to one meaning for usage of the term.

Doesn't matter my friend. It won't be enough for a Low 1-C rating, you heard the man Ultima himself.

Mate, it is used as metaphor, hence the usage of “like” in the sentence. And no, I never said it is, what I said the environment that he entered (which is completely new to him or to his perspective) is LIKE the tree branching infinitely off.

We've already gone through this argument over and over again, but it seems like neither will agree with each other. I guess we can just agree to disagree on that front.

Meh, I am doing this intentionally because I want to bully him. (He bullied me off-site with his gang a lot)
