Anna Abramovna Bystrova takes on Meck

Not really, Anna has good options for approaching in the air. What really makes it hard for her to get close is the fact he'll be using summons and such to defend himself. If it was a matter of camping her out on the sky, she'd sigh, jump towards him, avoid all Danmaku and pummel him there.
