Full power 5-A Gil vs 5-B Reinhard

Win via complete and utter annihilation

Complete with two whole scenarios, so buckle up

Round 1 - Speed equalized (This means Fenriswolf disabled), 10 second prep time, then proceed to turn around and do what is essentially an old western duel (No ancient indian spacecraft pls). 45ft starting distance.

Round 2 - Unrestricted, no nonsense fight. 150ft starting distance. Yup.

Both are completely serious/bloodlusted for both rounds. No stupidly dumb king of bulli, no "HAW HAW HAW, SUBARASHIIII" Mephisopheles.

They are also both butt-naked for both rounds; don't ask or question this condition. Gilgamesh still has the effects of his armor where it's technically supposed to cover, Reinhard still has his fab-- okay.

If anyone is up for it, a bonus round will go to the loser against a more fair/weaker opponent IF the other takes round 2. I can do that right?

So basically round 2 is the only one that counts tbh.. but let's try round 1 anyway! :p

Edit: Bonus Round 3 - All the chips are in. Everything they have is set, active, and at the ready. Reinhard is still 5-B ofc. Starting distance is literally 'breathing down neck" distance, because reasons.

Gil's only chance would be pulling a fullpower Enuma Elish first thing, which is not in-character at all, and even that might not kill Reinhard.

As for your "western gun duel", when one character's weapon will hit the literal instant he throws it, and the other guy has to charge his attack, its clear who wins
 
With speed unequalized Gil is faster. He would pull Ea and Ea might kill him since it can kill characters that lack concept of death and have Low-Godly regen.

But, that's about it.
 
He doesn't get enough screentime. It's like someone saying they'll take responsibility while being a completely broke deadbeat. Something like that. Probably. Maybe. Whens interview with Kaziklu Kai

And I dunno. I sorta get that nobody wants to do this match and that its completely uninspired and generic, but the alternative bonus round for Gil is just Methuselah. Nobody even likes Methuselah.

While Methu vs Gil seems interesting, Methu has more things to back him up then Gil does.
 
I'd actually personally give the edge to Gilgamesh in that scenario, but can't really do anything but watch it play out. Now I just need to decide if I should just edit the round into this thread or make a new one later.

Reinhard will just throw his spear and instant-kill Gil with this overhaxxed weapon that affected Marie soul. (I know that's sound like an outlier, but he is literally a Hadou Cancer, and has the power to kill a Hadou Neet)

I'm genuily laughing at this if you think this is gonna go, a bloodlusted Reinhard wouldn't even bother using Briah, he would go for the spear directly
 
Then the same scenario occurs with Gil constantly trying to tell him not to do it, though running behind Reinhard for Good measure so Reinhard can't even see where he is and has to turn around and aim
 
While NF is being activated, nothing can even reach the user.

Also, Reinhard has a shitton of Conceptual Resistance to the point that not even Ren's conceptual instakill neck attack didn't even scratch him.
 
??? You seem to forget the Spear would reach it's target and it ignores the distance so it would reach instantly.
 
Well Ren bliz reinhard with his time hax to the point where reinhard unable to see him at all but still can keep up because of NF, but thats probably doesn't matter since Longinus>NF.

Because apparently Reinhard doesn't need to aim, and that he'll get it off and use it before Gilgamesh uses his.

Neither is Reinhard who has to activate it.

People seriously overestimate his ability to fight people who are far faster then him, which is to say, shit unless said character has no way to put him down, which Gil does.
 
It's a Holy Relic, it isn't his Briah, All he has to do is throw it and done, it will reach his target instantly
