Funny enough. His fatehax and prob manip are completely broken. Does Noise ever shown to be able to adapt from that type of hax?

Amane innocently laughs and winks at noise GG. Anyway all jokes aside, Amane stomps hard:
1- Amane has passive fate hax so that everything will go smoothly for him (which in verse meant him completely trashing his opponent and humiliating her in front of the whole tournament).
2- Amane has passive protection so most things Noise tries to throw at him will fail cus "lol sucks to be you".
3- Amane has his wishes. Most common wish would be his "death" wish, which instantly stops the heart, but as he has stated, virtually anything is possibleEven brining down the moo.
4- If push comes to shove and his passives don't work, he just turns his passives into hands and does some causality manip shenanigans with (like the match against Ikki) "absolute destruction" wish (IIRC), although other wishes are possible, if the hands touch you it will bring absolute death and by that i mean: Ikki's heart stopped, the doctors healed it, then he had blood problems or sth like that, the doctors cured that too, then another problem came up, rinse and repeat so many times till the doctors said "it's like his body is trying to find a reason to die". It is pretty nasty, and i have no idea how some big busted lady (who happened to be the best doctor in japan) managed to get him outta that spot. So don't ask me how Ikki is still alive.
There is really not much Noise can do under this circumstances.

Reactive evolution can buy Noise some time, and he should be able to copy his powers to some degree. Unfortunately, Amane's luck is strong enough that he might just make there no sadness in the world for 24 hours.

Adapting to sealing is not nearly as abstract as adapting to Fate and Probability hax. So i don't think reactive evol makes this far in any way.

To be fair, they have not show upper limits, but yes, saying that he can would be no-limits fallacy.
