Yeah, I agree they're printed in the magazine version. But I disagree with them being considered canon.
Yeah I'm with damage here. This would be like using the back of novel covers as canon feats or power scaling justifications. Those nexts are editor hype blurbs that are to get readers interested in the next chapter/issue. They're not present in the volumes because there's nothing to hype. Its at best secondary canon and really should just generally not be used. Especially when after enough time they're just going to be incredibly difficult to find due to being replaced with other versions of that chapter.

Why is the back of novels different from the back of volumes which are used? (like in the justification for SM Naruto>SM Jiraiya)

Generations and Revolutions are secondary canon, but they're still used when noncontradictory.

Which is the exact reason I proposed them being used on a case by case basis, not just entirely discarded when arguably lesser canons are used for scaling on the site.

Looks like the majority so far is opposed to this proposal.

Question, what if the Author has statements of working closely with hos editors and has even mentioned that he gets angry at them for doing a statement without his permission and has taken action against editor's that add things in without his approval?

It isn't, which is why both should absolutely not be used.
Why was that accepted but not this?

Does he?

Something occurred to me. Generations is accepted as canon and used for scaling, despite there being no direct confirmation that Kishi wrote its story content, just that it's canon. Similar story with the novels, and even to an extent with the databooks, as it was implied the staff were a big part of writing those.

How is that different from blurbs not being directly confirmed as being written by Kishimoto but being part of canon material?
