I agree that Phazon is a substance first and a weapon second. I don't think having the weapon tag is wrong, though, so long as the profile is clear that the weapons are powered by Phazon and not that Phazon itself is a weapon.

Yeah the page was deleted but when I linked the profile with its New name to the verse page and blogs it didn't worked for some reason.

I think you need to be fully merged with two or more Low 2-C sized timelines and thus making you 2-C or higher to truly qualify as 2-C to be Type 9 iirc. Mid points just count as being significantly above baseline for the low end so it just sounds like a much larger than usual type 8 to my knowledge.
