Low Mid Regenerationn that would allow him to survive a bit longer

Whether that would be to the point he can wear out his time limit or not is up to you

Also he does downscale from 623 since Thors attack was a charged one

Just going by the profiles my vote is for All Might

Due to Abomination downscaling from the feat and lacking any options to bypass the strength gap, All Might has a pretty nice advantage in this fight.

Abomination is also a skilled soldier but I'm not sure if that's enough to get the upperhand against All Might, especially since the latter has the option of using shock waves to keep him at bay

If I'm missing anything about Abomination feel free to enlighten me.

Only real thing I feel I should point out is that Abomination has zero problem using the enivironment to his advantage while All Might doesn't want to hurt Civilians

I'm pretty sure SBA makes it so that there is no one else around (unless there's some weird thing about the character in the match).

Civilians asides, All Might can use the terrain just as well, tossing cars and the like. And he has much better range with his shockwaves, coupled with an AP advantage that will let him somewhat get around the regen. All Might likes his flurry punches as well.

I'm also going to side with All Might here.

Abomination was kind of an overconfident monologuer anyways when he got his powers, and his biggest upperhand over Bruce was CIS and Hulk having prior damage
