That's wrong, his punch speed will be equal to Jack's speed so he can just dodge, block, or overpower with higher AP. All Might doesn't have some special magic ability to make his opponent stand still and do nothing or whatever would be needed for him to land multiple punches on Jack without interruption.

Nomu was never outpaced by All Might's barrage he matched him while in Plus Ultra just fine. Only the last hit got through and it looked like Nomu was staggering.

Have a feeling you're going off the anime, which isn't canon. This is the entire fight in the manga.

Haki is a standard tactic for most New World fighters, which was the entire reason why Rayleigh and Mihawk taught it to Luffy and Zoro. Logic demands that Jack, one of the strongest commanders of a Yonko and someone considered on of the "monsters" of the New World has Haki as one of his standard tactics.

He's literally never been shown using it. That's like saying Kid clearly would just use Buso on his metal.

Haki doesn't need to be explicitly shown for it to be used. There's no way of us knowing that people like Zoro uses Kenbun during his fights, yet we know he uses it due to the fact that he's a prominent New World fighter and he's been stated to have it.

We have no way of knowing that the likes of Hawkins, Killer, and Law uses Haki, but we know they do use it based on their seemingly normal attacks bypassing devil fruit abilities and statements.

Haki is mostly implied as a power system. The entire point of the timeskip was not only for the main cast to get stronger, but for Haki to get implemented into their fights. It doesn't need to be spoonfed all the time.

That isn't in combat, and that doesn't change the fact that things that could simply not be Haki are assumed and treated as such due to how the narrative demands for it to be.

In the same way, the narrative demands Jack to not only at the very least be adept at using Haki, but for it to be a standard tactic in his fighting style, as that's the case for the majority New World fighters, and especially the case for those who stand at the top in the New World.
