This was done before, it got removed due to All Might becoming High 6-C.

This fight is a stomp, since Base Might Guy is 7-B+ and cannot hurt All Might at all. The OP is saying this is Might Guy in his base.

Why is Might Guy's speed and lifting strength split up into four keys when he only has two keys?

The strongest version of Guy, before he goes Tier 5 (Stomp in the other direction), is his Seventh Gate, which is above 21.5 Gigatons.

All Might is 139 Gigatons, making that around a 6x gap, which is hard to overcome when you don't have any abilities that ignore durability or something similar. Of course if Guy does go into his Seventh Gate from his base, that'll be a speed blitz in his favor as All Might will never hit him.

First Gate is a 5x speed boost and the speed increases even more all the way to the Seventh Gate.
