I think that Yamcha would take that to win, Alex Kidd from what I am seeing has too many powerups that are temporary, while Yamcha could simply stale the fight using ranged attacks until he loses the powerup because he is smart enough to know a weakness, such as when he saw that Goku's tail was his weakness, for example
