Akame takes this, I think. Ban is likely to sit there and expect his Regenerationn to see him through and wouldn't really bother to use Physical Hunt or Fox Hunt at first. Meanwhile, Akame needs just a scratch to win and with Ban's mentality, I see that happening.

Ban has regenerated from blood and tiny bits of flesh, from what I remember Akame only destroys the opponent's heart.

@LordAizenSama

He has only Type 1 and Type 3 immortality.

@RadicalMrR

It inflicts a poisonous curse on the opponent. I don't remember her destroying anyone's heart.

Its ability is kinda vague "A poisonous curse that kills whoever it scratches". So does it act like a curse or a poison?

I dont know how it would fair against a regenerator like Ban, has it ever killed anyone like him before?

I don't think so but can Regenerationn help against poison? I saw a thread where it was said that poison would work against someone with Mid-High Regenerationn.

@Radical and Burning

Ban is also immune to poison. If he could be killed by poison, the Holy Knights would have killed him by now.

Well it depends on the poison.

Most shut down bodily functions others corrode them both are hard countered by regen.

This what I mean by it being to vague doesnt go into detail as to what the poison does exactly or how works, which makes it hard to argue against it.

@Radical

In the original chapters of the manga, Murasame's poison is shown to stop the heart to kill the target in moments. Ban has been put through every kind of execution the Holy Knights could come up with, which would naturally include any kind of neurotoxin.

@Repp Thanks, I vaguely remembered it having something to do with the heart.

Do you think we should add the details of the sword in her profile to avoid confusion in the future?
