Nothing aside from "Poison curse" says it's a curse.

And I see nothing on her page that says curse Manipulation

And Tatsumi survives it.

One Hit Kill is poison-based and won't mean jack to Ban because of low-high regen. He even has a direct poison-immunity feat, so Akame's teigu will go about as well as Orlondi's power did.

She can cut him up all she likes but he won't care, and all the while he'll be absorbing her strength. If he doesn't just Fox Hunt her heart out and wreck her.

I give my vote to Ban.
