Ahzek Ahriman vs Ragna the Bloodedge

I don't think the warp was really factored in with regards to character ranges because its weird, but he does stuff from the warp all the time and it would not be hard at all for anyone to bring up quotes of that.

He often uses the warp shift thing as a sort of intangibility, being half there and half not. He mantains a material projection of sorts, but isn't really there and is very difficult to actually affect. He can just go all the way into the warp if he wants though.

Even on the page it already has that he can open portals to and from the warp, I believe.

Also gonna note that its not impossible to follow him into the warp, seeing as you don't need to be tier 1 to go there, its just that almost anyone who does is gonna be at a massive disadvantage against the dude with the favor of a chaos god who has been studying the warp for thousands of years. Ahzek is to magic what Kharn is to melee, except that Ahzek may be comparatively better in his field.

In regards to prep:

Going by the book, the prep seemed to consist of using spies to find out the Ynnari existed and then sacrificing a bunch of captives in order to jump them in the exact portion of the Webway they'd be travelling through, leaving them with no choice but to fight.

The most prep involved for Ahriman BFRing the Yncarne, Yvraine, and the Visarch seems to have been just learning how to do it, if he didn't know, already.

In regards to range:

Ahriman's range isn't "Hyperversal" or something because I'm 99% sure he doesn't even have a feat along the lines of hitting someone in an entirely separate material universe. The Warp is a unique case, because it underlies reality, meaning Ahriman stepping into the Warp and then attacking a place in the materium that he's familiar with is very much possible. It doesn't mean Ahriman has ever shown the range to like...shoot something out of a higher dimension. You could say his range is comparable to being Low Multiversal under specific circumstances, but this isn't entirely accurate, imo.
