They should also have age manipulation, as Stellar Manipulators can do this

'The Hand of Omega is the mythical name for Omega's remote stellar manipulator ― the device he used to customize stars.'

This hasn't been accepted yet. You need more input.

Doctor:picture the biggest ship you've ever seen. Are you picturing it?

A guy: Yeah.

Doctor:Good, now forget it because this ship is infinite.

It's also mentioned in a couple comics and novels.

It was at about this time that he began to notice something very odd abou this TARDIS. Although it had all the facilities of the Type 102, adapted to his own needs, and a fully functioning chameleon circuit, there was something wrong. The time machine, although dimensionally transcendental, was finite. And its energy was being drained. This was something of a shock to Epsilon Delta. He had the computer run the scan again, and discovered that the craftwas, in fact, shrinking. He had sudden, horrible visions of Space-Time folding in on itself in parody of the Great Crunch, until only the console room was left, until... He had shivered, gathered his wits and set off on foot to locate the interface.

Also,Should Reality Bomb get existence erasure and void manipulation?

Rose once mentioned that the reality bomb destroyed not only universes but even the space between the universes, the void was described by doctor as infinity of nothingness, and void ships that are used to travel through the void itself don't exist (they don't have mass or anything else, they exist only when the pilot needs).

I don't think that The Doctor should have nigh-omniscience in any case.

Well, unless he constantly processes almost everything going on in all of existence combined, it is not nigh-omniscience.

Has somebody asked the staff members interested in Doctor Who to comment here?

There's one more person who's a expert on Doctor Who is gonna come in this thread but overall most of them are inactive and retired.
