Perception Manipulation:

• Telepathic circuits can be used to alter people's perceptions and to suppress thoughts and ideas (Mask of the Mandrogora)
• Chameleon Circuits allow a TARDIS to look like basically anything, even mobile robots (Keepers of Traken, Time Monster, Attack of the Cybermen, etc.)

Forcefield Creation:

  • These defenses where shown to be able to stop 11-D being from invading(The Armageddon Factor)

Ressurection: The matrix of a TARDIS can grant the user the ability to bring others back to life (The Parting of the Ways)

Everything is fine except nigh-omniscient.Only ones that looked into the heart of Tardis should get it (Rose and the Tardis itself),too vague for Doctor.

Rose once mentioned that the reality bomb destroyed not only universes but even the space between the universes,the void was described by doctor as infinity of nothingness,and void ships that are used to travel through the void itself don't exist (they don't have mass or anything else,they exist only when the pilot needs).
