That Existence Erasure/ Void Manipulation, and Nothingness Manipulation sounds like The Living Tribunal's type.

I'd also suggest Body Puppetry for the Dalek in Resolution possessing an archaeologist.

Also I don't think they have Self Sustebance yet (they survive the vacuum of space abs I don't think they eat)
 
I don't think that information analysis is at all the same thing. Check the link I posted earlier.
 
How so? I thought that the little beings inside of the armors were organic and need nourishment?
 
Why does the Doctor have only Human Class striking strength when he's clearly shown to smash through steel doors and crack a wall 400 times harder than diamond with his punches? His striking strength should scale to his AP.

It's on his AP description too. He also fights against those who can harm him, and he's taken enough energy to vaporize humans, which is 9-A. Also on his durability description.
 
Well, the feat of breaking the wall was achieved over trillions of repetitions. It was not remotely done in one blow. It was an act of erosion.

That's just a supporting feat tho, and he still did manage to crack it.

Either way, he still scales to smashing through metal doors in a few hits and can trade blows with those capable of harming him. The Doctor's feats are too high to be simply classified as Human Class in striking strength. At the very least he'd have Wall level striking strength, but like I said, he fights against those capable of harming him.
 
Wall level striking strength is probably fine.
 
One Dalek survived underground for 900 years without needing any nourishment, and another was stuck in something for 2000 years without needing any supplies. So, I'd say that Self-Sustenance (Type 2) is fitting. Type 1 and 3 are possible, however I am not entirely sure.
