Doctor Doom upgrades:
Further Electricity Manipulation (which negates resistance to electricity): Here. Doom can also have his armor electrocute anyone who touches his armor, with enough electric power to knock out Doctor Strange. He can also reverse the charge of an incoming electric attack to make it attack the owner.
Further Accelerated Development: The Micro-Computers in Doctor Doom's armor analyzed the magic techniques of nearby sorcerers and subsequently learn more about mystic techniques of combat in moments than he would from years of study.

Tweak/trimming of Mind Manipulation in his Psionic Powers tab: While Doctor Doom did mentally hide his true intentions from Phoenix Rachel Summer's telepathy, he only mind-haxxed her using a device, so that part should be trimmed and him hiding his true intentions should be added/moved to his Resistance to Telepathy section.
Yet another feat of Supernatural Willpower: Withstood Lady Death keeping him alive for centuries in her dimension and torturing him.
From Captain Britain and MI13 #10, Doctor Doom should get limited Passive Holy Manipulation since he has splinters of the True Cross within his armor, which he says (and Dracula does not deny) protect him from all vampires.
Resistance to Sleep Manipulation: Sleeping Gas had no effect on him despite him not having any armor on.
Immortality Type 1: Spent centuries being trained by the Marquis of Death, from Fantastic Four #569 (the "millions of years" stuff was retconned in Dark Avengers, the "training for centuries" was not).
Limited Energy Absorption and Statistics Amplification: His armor has a Thermo-Energizer that can passively absorb heat to strengthen his armor, giving him enough strength after a short time to shatter an adamantium coffin that he previously couldn't free himself from.
Resistance to Illusion Creation: Easily and quickly saw through the illusion of a demon.
Air Manipulation: Was shown twice to be capable of creating Vortexes with ease.

Speaking of, the Energy Absorption section in his base P&A tab should definitely be expanded to include his tier 1 absorption feats that were done with his standard armor (mainly the Beyonder and Franklin Richards justifications, aka what is used in his High 1-B prep section)
Social Influencing: Rallied the people of Latveria behind him to overthrow the monarchy, is a skilled manipulator, and persuaded the Panther Goddess of Wakanda not just to spare his life but also that his intent in taking over the world was pure (she saw that his vision was right by looking into the future herself, but said that he was pure of intent right before that after hearing his speech).
And a minor ability addition for Invisible Woman:
Perception Manipulation: From Fantastic Four (2022) #14, she renders some villains unable to see by making their retinas invisible.
