What's this? A character that can actually take on Adam on even grounds? Unheard of.
Anyway, the only thing I can see that Zeref can't match Adam in is the whole 'turning him into fiction' thing and getting talked to death. If Zeref can blitz him before Adam can do that, he wins.
But, given that this is speed equalized, Adam takes this. High diff.
