I am pretty sure durability also extends to organs otherwise the shockwave of a punch would just destroy the insides of the person they are fighting. Not to mention chakra enchancement affects the entire body of the target.Schnee One said:

Also, it would not be his first move but Momoshiki can either turn Accelerator into a chakra fruit or just drain his energy to nothing until he can not keep up the shield before defeating him. Did people actually bother really loking up the abilities of each character and what the AP differencies really mean?

Not to the extent that the organs are reversed
If it was purely focused on destruction you would be correct, but it isn't that, it's focused on making the body doing that on its own
For example, the blood flowing through Momos body has a vector, he twists and it reverses, shutting down the body.
Another side effect is your heart pounding having magnitude albeit slight, a twists will make it beat much faster and harder making it explode on its own

Then drain the energy of the choker? I am pretty sure the choker uses accelerators energy. And even if that is not the case. Accelerator would still be taken out by the energy drain. Which is a win. I would need the people who voted for accelerator before I came in, to actuually state their reasons for him winning not for him reversing the attacks and somehow counting that as a vote.Schnee One said:

If the version being used here is WW Accel, draining it until losing the powers is only possible if the wings are drained, which are responsible for the calculations in that form, the problem is that the wings are made of Dark Matter, which is something that does not exist in the universe and does not follow the laws of physics, Momoshiki can drain it?

Momoshiki could drain literal shadows and chakra which is something that also does not affect the laws of physics he can drain dark matter easily.
