Her stats should be lowered to "On par with Whis"

The reasoning is

1) Whis is likely stronger than he was 1,000 years ago, given that he's been training (He even says as much)

2) Whis trained a more powerful character than Vados did (Beerus > Champa)

3) Neither say that the other is more powerful, so who knows where they're at?

4) Toriyama is known for screwing female characters anyway

Equal, yes but what evidence is there that she is greater than Whis? It's honestly not important enough to change as we have no evidence to support either argument other than they being in the same position.

So, out of all the female fighters of Dragon Ball(which are very few), we have: Gine, 18, Pilaf's henchman?(not sure if she can be counted as a fighter). Yeah, I honestly don't see how he screw them over. Vegeta, Trunks and other Z-Fighters were given a royal beatdown in 18's first fight. Pilaf's henchman was always meant as a gag character, and Gine... I'll assume it's Toriyama trying to retcon the only source of Goku's kindness being his head hitting a rock. Hell, even Bulma is getting hits on characters such as Beerus or Jaco without any retribution of any kind(save for Beerus's mighty bitch slap). So yeah, this has no founding.

Whis stated that Vados trained and was stronger than him, but also that he had trained since then, if I remember correctly, so stronger or equal sounds about right.
