About the Dragon Ball Z speed downgrade

True, we forgot or something.

We did that to a Star Wars thread too. Allot of verses, actually.

Anyway, Hop putting comment down to see at later date.

It's not that hard to change. We need to remove the whole "Freeza's Death Beam is Lightspeed because the french guidebook says it's a beam of light" thing, and replace that with a Kaioken-based scaling from the previous highest calculated speed, which results with Goku and Freeza being FTL anyway.

I thought the downgrade was for the MFTL rating from Kid Buu, and Piccolo's feat supposedly because it was "an outlier", even though the ap of destroying the moon was still accepted

@Matt. Speaking of which, there's still my eventual thread about "legit" multipliers. (It's more TGoH related than DB, but the latter is still affected)

@cal

Mind linking it?

@Aiden

No, it was also for the Namek Saga because the reasoning to use lightspeed beams wasn't good enough

Iirc new speed was supposed to be baseline FTL due to the application of the x20 to Supernova's speed

I believe he was talking about after the removal of the application of multipliers. If that falls through though, yeah. FTL.

Gotenks speed is just MHS+ highballing tho, doesn't means anything, at least not in combat speed.

KK multipliers should still applying at least

So yeah, there is no reason to not accept Kaioken multipliers because they are actually stated to be a linear increase in all physical stats and shown to be such.
