After researching the ability & power, I'm convinced it could be Minor Subjective Reality. The Beyonder just doesn't fully utilized it compared to the other Users.

I do not think so. He simply has a hard time keeping apart reality and his imagination, since his thoughts change the multiverse as he wishes.
