About Gremmy been the Soul King's brain

Besides Gremmy been the stronger Sternritter behind Yhwach of course, could he had been an elite like the other pieces of the Soul King? I heard Askin was the new guy who replaced him. More importantly, why doesn't the Soul King have his powers in his profile? The light novel mentions that Yhwach gave Gremmy his letter but Yhwach also gave Gerard and Pernida their letters and not their powers.

What we know from the novel is:

1. Tokinada found a piece of the Soul King in the Quincy battlefield after the war.

2. Hikone was confirmed to be created from Gremmy's brain.

3. It was confirmed that a part of the Soul King holds Hikone's soul together.

4. When Ikomikidomoe turned on Hikone and tried to eat the piece of the Soul King inside him, Ikomikidomoe aimed for Hikone's head.

Shouldn't this prove that Gremmy is the Soul King's brain?
