He's not strong enough to do that. And picking up car vs throwing it a distance that actually matters is vastly different as well. Plus someone in Steven Universe technically tried that tactic and it failed (granted Connie wasn't in that fight but her teacher was and she would have time to dodge anyways due to the time it takes to pick up and car and the time it takes to reach Connie).

Well it doesn't need to really damage her, just wear he out and allow Satan to run away like a chicken. Satan is a coward and will run from the crazy girl with a sword. This will slowly wear her down. Also his jetpack would be useful to run away.

Kinda, It wouldn't be in character for Connie to let an opponet leave so she'd probably try and chace him. If she did leave becasue she realize how stupid this was or stopped being mad at the guy with the jetpack then it's be technically inconclusive because they'd both self-BFR themselfs.

Alright, this has some plus and minus for both sides. Satan playing chicken is now basically impossible because of tornment setiing but this also increase the power of throws with the fact that he can win with a ring out. Satan therefor needs 1 good hit to really win still Connie AP means she need two to win... I'm staying with Satan but like it's really close to being inconclusive.
