what feats does Connie have of dodging multiple attacks at once?
It can also fly, so it has a lot more mobility than she does, meaning she has to avoid multiple simultaneous attacks from the air.

Connie skill scaling to pearl isn't justification for dodging several simultaneous attacks from a flying enemy.
Pearl, like the other gems, strictly only ever fight grounded opponents that can only attack once at a time, followed by another attack. That's not really the same as having several things come at you at once from the sky.

The flying projectile monster shot projectiles one at a time that she could barely hold back and needed the help of steven while standing in one spot.
The laser attacks from peridot weren't only focusing on pearl or any of the singular gems, but instead was attempting to hit all of them so it was shooting haphazardly to cover a wider AOE range.
Electric Skulls attacks would be several attacks at once focusing on a singular target.

I'm arguing she'd be overwhelmed by more than one attack at once.
Electric skull was able to throw amethyst and pearl in the same attack. It's not unrealistic that it would just be worse for connie since she's a singular target.

Do you even watch steven universe? no she wouldn't, pilot steven has 0 experience and also had no problem, not to mention he efeated It byy trowing a dunut over the skull, Pilot cristal gens probable have a lot less experience and skill too them

The way he defeated it, from a blindspot, has nothing to do with connie getting attacked by several ilmbs at once. He defeated it by restricting the use of its limbs because when it wasn't focusing on steven at all. The entire fight he was being ignored.
