Last time I used Lavender it...went a little crazy, so let's try this again? Hisako is a ghost and presumably would be able to interact with the Reaper, and on top of that Killer Instinct seems to have things that are similarly non-physical. If this doesn't work then oh well, ig, she's hard to find matches more.
Speed is equalized. As far as AP values are concerned, Lavender is .0068 tons and Hisako is .0026 tons. Not a big AP gap despite a tier difference.
