I think we're all in agreement it'd be something like "up to" or "likely" 6-C with magic with everything we discussed and we've got all the abilities they've displayed in the movie, so I guess now we just need to get approval from the staff and finally put this to rest haha

Eh I wouldn't say wanda since she's definitely just blatantly her tier but for strange it's not out of the question

Wanda doesn't need it because Wanda attacks with hex blasts instead of various sorts of spells and constructs. The spells/reality warping she uses are all pure hax and doesn't have an AP value attached. Strange and other sorcerers attack through constructs and spells, some of which do have AP values, so strange and masters of the mystic arts do need varies tiering.

Yeah that's not how this site works. Virtually all characters aren't using their 100% at every moment. If we gave everyone a range for their tiering for not going all out all the time we should put on goku's profile that he's 9-A through 3-A in base cuz he was holding back once and got a small bruise from a bullet.

If anyone is wondering why comic profiles show tiering for holding back is because comic characters work in a way where you have characters who clearly have several higher feats than many of their opponents but will end up being shown fighting on even grounds with several characters who have undeniably lower feats on many different occasions and so showing the tier at which they are when they hold back is the only good way to properly catalog them, and them alone

New another new justification to Biological Manipulation (able to speed up the decay of Strange's dead body)

Healing (Healed her contorted body after escaping the mirror dimension)

Wanda should get Resistance to Possession because, unlike Strange who became unable to control his body before his pep talk, she was still in control and struggling against the souls even though we were shown that they were in her body.

Strange​

Strange gets Resistance to Possession as well since he was able to kick out the souls form his body after his pep talk.

He also gets Soul Manipulation for manipulating the souls and using them for his own purposes.

9-A+ up to Likely 6-C rating for his Sorcerer Supreme self, and a 8-C up to Likely 6-C rating for his post blip Self

nah not really the best feat is the city level one since we can't use cases where they block an attack but the shield breaks for obvious reasons of the shield breaking
