Wait doesn’t Earl just stomp via the sword? I don’t see why the list would disallow higher tier weapons. He could just eat the pickle too. It is a pickle.

In his 9-B key Pickle Rick has an exoskeleton with arms and legs made with pieces of rats.
He is also equipped with a laser gun that can easily tear throughl human bodies, multiple heads etc... he is also very agile, and has fought to a standstill with a sort of mercenary, dodging multiple bullets.
He also retains the same intelligence and skill of normal Rick.
I implicity tought that Earl's sword was restricted, given that it allows him to jump several tiers, but if it allowed then it a stomp in his favor, since the soundwaves would kill Rick instantly.
Thinking of it, without the sword Earl may be stomped because he's basically unarmed, when Rick has the laser gun.
At this point, I'm not so sure about this match anymore...
