So what exactly is stopping Soma from overwhelming her with an endless army of monsters and sealing her away? Cause a good chunk of her abilities are resisted and she doesn't resist the ability Soma uses the most in battle.

she has limitless stamina she can keep going on forever. She proably resists sealing

soma has to kill her first to do the sealing, So its not going to work

No he does not need to kill her. He just needs to weaken her. The fact he can negate her regen and overwhelm her with an endless army of monsters with different abilities and amping himself with said abilities is all he needs to seal.

Her Low 2-C key has mid regen, not high godly. That’s on her 2-C key.

her 2C key is possibly so the Low 2C key can still be used for sailor cosmos

that's NOT how it works here. She does not have Low 2-C in her second key at all, therefore her first key is what we're using here.
