I've said almost nothing about the abilities of a bloodthirsty Rimuru here because Rimuru can't do anything anyway due to Sailor Moon immeasurable speed. We just discussed what Sailor could do against Rimuru and whether Rimuru could somehow resist it. According to Sailor Moon, Rimuru is a stone wall and Sailor Moon is the worker trying to break down the stone wall. (Ignore the analogy)

Please derail more on how is that different from what I'm saying about no-one being able to defeat one another?

I think what they mean is that Rimuru never had a wincon to begin with so its not an addable match. Having a wincon is in fact one of the main requirements too yk

Yeah, the rules just specify that they cannot win, which can be understood as "none of them havd wincons that end the other part" or "none of them have wincons at all"
