9-C Haxless Murderer/Serial Killer/ETC Bracket

clayton doesn't seem to fit the serial killer motif either. Murderer is really generic, since that's just "killed someone and it was illegal". Hell, some people will make the argument that soldiers in militaries are murderers despite it being (sometimes) legal.
 
Idk if I can get her to count as a serial killer (yet) but would Taylor Hebert as not Khepri be legal if number man gets banned? I see he's not on the list, so

Don't worry about the tier 8 dura I am removing that
 
I doubt anyone is really going to oppose its removal given how the thread has gone so far.

she might not count as a serial killer except by technicality though
 
Give the more traditional knife-wielding/trap killers prep time, give the gun-wielding/magical characters no prep time.
 
Why? Frank comes under the category of crazy people- and he certainly isn't haxxed. He's also killed a lot of people in and out of the show.

No, he can't. I stated no stone walls. No one could hurt him. Plus he doesn't fit the bill of this fight that well. But mostly 9-A durability I say is no.
 
Like I said he has 9-C AP so he's not a Stone Wall. How doesn't he fit the bill? He is literally a serial killer. We should get more opinions on this.

Tiering does not matter. Tiering is based off of Attack Potency, not Durability.

If I entered a 9-C with 6-A Durability, we'd have a problem since nobody would be able to scratch the guy.
 
Moritzva Yeah, Frank ran a factory in Vietnam where if he found a dead cat he would put it in the soup. If someone died from food poisoning, he would put them in the soup. Also fathered a potential serial killer so that's got to mean something.
