Shouldn't he be already 9-B by himself all around since Dr. Stranger himself is also 9-B during the time of Infinity War and there's nothing really suggesting that Dr. Strange is physically that much superior to Tony.

AFAIK, Tony slacked off after Civil War so probably not.

Shouldn't he still scale by his own durability to at least some degree though.

He really isn't seen fighting against those of comparable durability and only keeps up with peak human security guards.

He blocked a punch from Bucky although he had a gauntlet on but Bucky himself scales to Cap and they're both 8-C

That's a speed feat tho.

And Iron Man is probably gonna get upped to High 8-C for one-shotting tanks and having a stated-in-databooks 10 gigawatt arc reactor from Mark 6 and onwards.

Dr. Strange got his 9-B rating via getting slammed into walls and such while being fine though. I'm pretty sure the missile feats are at least comparable to that and we don't see Dr. Strange fight purely physically in the films without magic too.

Also his 9-C reasoning doesn't say anything about him slacking off and it even infact states that he has been training martial arts with Happy up until Endgame.
