The hunter vs genius billionaire playboy philanthropist (grace)

Tony via the location and being much smarter. Hunter has the skill advantage due to Tony spending most of his combat in his suits, whereas the Hunter is constantly fighting with just his guns, meaning he's much more used to fighting as just a guy with guns than Tony is, but Tony having the homefield advantage and prior knowledge of the Hunter is enough for him to get around this.
