9-A Haxxed bloodlust bracket

Rules for submitting: 1 per verse, 1 per user. General stuff.

Rules for characters:

No smurfs (Characters who have 4D or higher abilities. Yes, this includes Extended Canon SCP-682)

No thought based instant win buttons (Because that will inevitably lead to inconclusives via "Who thinks first". However, thought based abilities are allowed as long as they don't result in an instant win by using them)

No instant win passives (Same reason as no thought based win buttons)

They must be at least somewhat haxxed, otherwise it's pratically spite to have them here.

Rules for the debates: Speed is Equalized. Characters are in their 9-A key and are allowed to use higher tiered abilities. They also can transform into other keys as long as these keys don't break the above rules. Characters are bloodlusted. Otherwise SBA.

The Low-Godly is combat applicable even if it is slow. Fact Book Slender learned that the hard way.

I'll add it assuming it's article canon anyways, since this is a hax bracket.

Article 682 only resists Acid and Transmutation.

But yeah, maybe we should have the people decide, since the Low Godly can't be beat by any of the other characters currently in the bracket.
