8-C Monster Brackets

I meant a battle or two. Not the whole tournament. I know he's gonna get beat later on but I'm confident he can defeat his opponent.
 
For the first, yes. Second, no.

What I basically predict is that the finals would have Azurill and Igglybuff by my calculations. We will see.
 
Also considering his intelligence and experience. He could think of a plan to mabye trick the shark. His is or at least was a military leader and the shark isn't that bright. Also shouldn't the shark's intelligence just be animalistic if it's the same as a ordinary shark?
