Optimus prime slaps, better range 4x AP advantage and is even stronger than that, better lifting, both have the same stamina with no justification, way more skilled, should be immune to absorption due to being a machine since it only effects physical energy.

So Cm1 Tayuya>Base Tayuya>Jirobo>=Post Chunin Exams Sasuke>=Garaa>Rock lee>>Early Chunin Exams Sasuke>BOS Sasuke=18.58 tons
I know Optimus is much stronger but here is the full scaling chain
Tayuya also summons three giants right away as one of her first moves each one has intangible attacks which drain physical energy which is Dura, AP, Stamina and speed and each one is around her level of power
Genjutsu probably won't work on Optimus
Tayuya seems to have the Range advantage for her ranged attacks
Optimus has the lifting advantage with slightly less then 3x

I'll count your vote for now.

Ever vigilant, a woman stood guard by a forest.

Her brown eyes wandered around, not ever focusing on any specific thing, but darting about any shadow that crept in the scenery and any sudden movement in the bushes. Most of the time, for her disappointment, it was almost always a lone animal that scurried about. The only vaguely exciting time was when a snake had pounced upon a unwary squirrel, and the squirrel managed to, somehow, struggle with it and, with a well-placed bite, persuade it to go after some easier prey. She felt strangely prideful of that little guy.

Otherwise, she felt it was a wasted effort of her capabilities to just keep watch over the western side of the forest. She wasn't undisciplined - it was precisely for that reason she was picked, for normal goons would surely let their attention focus elsewhere and surely fail as sentries. She, however, was motivated and performed every task with gusto and excellency. At any time, someone of the Sound Team needed to keep watch. Last time it was Sakon. But she couldn't understand why they needed to. The Hidden Village was, well, hidden. Much better hidden than those Leaf and Sand bastards. They never had needed sentries outside of the brigands that already roamed the woods at all times, hired mercenaries that would on the very least warn of anyone that seemed to get too close for comfort. But Orochimaru had hinted at some sort of incoming threat, about some sort of strange happenings in far away places that could affect them. And thus, she was chosen.

In the meantime, she reflected and thought, never however letting her attention waver. She didn't know it yet, but she could have relaxed and spent her time doing something else. After all, forests are known as places of connection.

At times, people interpreted that as a mystical connection with nature or the entities beyond. Connections like that were the domains of seers, druids and priests of a particular inclination. They claimed that the weirwood trees could reveal the secrets of the ancestors, and that within that primal landscape of competitions amidst the lush greens and browns of vegetations, dirt and wood, one could deepen their connections to whatever gods that lay in the veil beyond.

Some connections, however, were of a more practical sort. Which was the sort that benefited Tayuya the most in her task. When things go in disarray somewhere in the forest, it doesn't take long for some signals to emerge. Some disturbance in the wind as the squeaks of animals reach the ear, the running of critters around. A large disturbance provokes an equally large disturbance, with birds flying in tight-knit formations that cover the skies.

It was that very sort of disturbance that warned Tayuya of the approximation of something big.

Suddenly alerted, and knowing it was afar, she performed a couple of seals, her hands blurring in motion. A clone, a copycat of hers was summoned amidst a puff of smoke, watching her intently. In curt terms, she ordered her Shadow Clone to pass warnings to the mercenaries to stand guard - and with attention. If she found out any of them wavered in their tasks, she'd have their heads on a platter. And just in case, the clone should warn Orochimaru as well. She was going to investigate it.

Observing the clone part, Tayuya leaped from tree to tree, determination and eagerness to confirm the signals to be true.

- Nothing here.

A mechanical voice blared through the woods, despite its owner attempting the best to minimize the sound. It was a large, blue and red automaton who stomped across the woodlands, more careful and smooth than it would be expected for a robot, especially one as large as he was. He matched the copses of the largest trees of these woods, and that thanks only to their abnormal sizes. If they were anything like normal trees, he'd dwarf them as he dwarfed normal humans.

Yes, humans. The ones who he had came to assist. Recently, in a town, news had come to his knowledge about a certain atendee called Enid who fought a mysterious fellow of a most unusual shape. He explained that he had came from a different world, vaguely connected to this one, after some sort of threat he hadn't elaborated yet had taken ahold of the realm. He was still recuperating from the injuries of the fight, which apparently had caused from him misunderstanding her, thinking her to be some sort of antagonist for Them.

From the little information they had garnered about the Threat, it had immense, mysterious powers and had various experiments with beings all around the world, commanding an unspecified organization. And more, it had spread some dark beings, referred to as "Wither" beings, around the man's world, who caused wanton destruction all around. With his recent fights with the Decepticons having concluded and with time to help the humans, he complied to their request to strike at the core of this organization. They were the Hidden Sound Village, or something similar to that, and apparently they fit the description. Besides, they had already caused innumerable incidents before of a political and destructive nature, and were commanded by a man of incredible power, the ronin Orochimaru. All taskforces send before had failed, and thus, Prime saw fit to act, and hopefully subdue them without further casualties.

He knew he was close, his radars, information and sensors told him as much, but the specifics were hard to gather. The place was incredibly well-hidden, and shielded against most forms of GPS, radar, detection and even the mystical means he discovered that existed within this world. And thus, he had to conduct most of the investigation manually. It could be dangerous, but he was confident in his ability.

- Aren't you a big one.

The voice came from a bit ahead of him, and Optimus' lamplit eyes sparked towards the figure. It was a human, like all others, but he recognized her from his databanks.

- Tayuya. Member of the Sound Squad. - His voice echoed gravely. - Your actions are known far and wide in the world. Your cruelty knows no bounds.

- I'm flattered. - Her expression didn't change from her scowl, a judgemental gaze that fell upon the immense robot. - And in answer to that, they send a tin can of unprecedented size to deal with me?

- Do not give yourself too much credit. This tin can wouldn't be called to deal with you, alone. I came for the Sound Village. - Optimus Prime cocked his head, his posture subtly engaging in combat mode. He knew he couldn't treat this like he'd treat any other human. - For you, a fly swatter ought to do the trick.

- You got a sharp tongue, eh? - Tayuya held a petulant smirk for a few seconds, but without humour in her eyes. - If you are so eager to turn into scrap, come unto me. I won't let you reach Orochimaru. - And, with that, Tayuya pulled out a flute from her shash belt, a tune ready to play in her lips.

- I hoped I wouldn't be forced to engage, but being reasonable is beyond your abilities. Very well. Prepare yourself.

W story. Really liked the Enid and Steve references. You could honestly be a writer.

1°- 10/10 for that history, seens like a crossover bigger than infinity war is forming here

2°- I think Optimus should win this fight without much problens, If I understood correctly He hás Better Dura, Ap and Ls them Tayuya and most of here abilitys wouln't work um optimus thanks to him being a robot

I mean their stamina are both counted as "High" so... it's not like she seals him..

at some point the jutsu will undo itself, no?

Her Genjutsu doesn't work
Her only real way to win is paralysis jutsu which is OOC and Her Giants draining optimus's physical strength (unknown by how much it drains but the drop off is noticable after a single touch)

Oof. Looks like Optimus takes this.
