Yeah, even with Kirito's analytical prediction the lightning balls are just too fast for him to react. Unless, of course, the speed equalization of the thread affects the lightning balls as well, I don't see him winning this one.

sadly after lots of thinking last night I reached the same conclusion as Cosmic King
Kirito can put up a good fight and the monkey will certainly have trouble but like 9/10 times the monkey would take it

Optimus' only way of winning is through sheer AP and Skill. He's basically haxless.

Fair point. But it starts to hold less weight when the character you're facing has hax that can finish you off the moment they use it.

Rumors of a major event were circulating in the virtual prison called Sword Art Online, something about an Enemy or a Boss that would appear in Newbie City, not only that but it was also said to be a high level Boss according to the rumors, these rumors they had already reached the 100th floor and many of the players who arrived there wanted to go check these rumors on the day they were to occur, one of the interested parties was one of the higher level players, commonly called by the appeal nickname "Black Swordsman" Kirito, however different Of the others, the reason he wanted to go to this event was not to test his strength or get strong weapons and armor, he wanted to go to protect those who were still new to the game like him, if the event would be as difficult as the rumors they said, if no one protects the noobs there, a mass murder would take place.
"Uauuuauauaua AHAHAHA" Said the monkey general showing the defense plans against the Bloons attack on the lunar map, while the Druid Monkey listened and wrote down these strategies in color to be able to defend the lives of millions of innocent monkeys from the tyranny of these mining robots with defect, he was already an experienced ape in the war against the Bloons, this was nothing new, he and his companions are the only defense after all, but what would happen that day would be something that would mark the Druid's mind for the rest of the his monkey life. 3 days after that meeting, the druid found himself on the lunar battlefield with his companions, he had been upgraded to the last level of the storm druid, hordes and hordes of Bloons tried to reach the city whose apes defended their lives as if depending on it, however in Round 98, something strange happened, besides Bloons coming to attack, strange creatures that the druid had never seen approached, they were tall and square beings that advanced towards the monkeys instead of going straight to the city, these creatures with black eyes were fast and had no mercy, the monkeys suffered many losses in this fight, the Druid saw the samgue of his war companions spurt on his cloak during the carnage, but he did not lose focus, with tornadoes and lightning he kept not only did the Bloons get away from their goal, but they protected their companions from these creatures, until... everything went white
The Druid heard a buzz in his ear as he woke up, they weren't on the moon anymore, it wasn't hard to notice that when he woke up, after all, the sky was blue, the problem was, he didn't recognize this place, it was a city but it didn't look like one built by them, but he didn't have time to think about it because he soon heard an explosion, he recognized that sound, it was the sound of a MOAB exploding in its objective, when he looked at the direction of the sound, he saw orphans and Bloon orphans coming out of portals and exploding in random buildings, but that wasn't the worst part, hairless monkeys were fighting, but not only against Bloons, he saw one in particular decapitate the alchemist who supported him during that round hell, the bald ape wore a dark suit and two black swords, the druid believing he had to do with the creatures that attacked them along with the Bloons, and he hurled bolts and bolts toward him without hurt. Kirito, confused by the situation, attacked the creatures that appeared out of nowhere in the portal, monkeys, balloons, airships? he wondered as he cut them in half with his swords, until when he cut a monkey with barrels on its back he was hit by an electric projectile, when he looked to see where it came from he saw a monkey wearing a hood and with electricity coming out from his eyes, but did he seem to cry out of anger? of pain? there was no time to question why a programmed enemy would react like that, as he would go all out for the Black Swordsman.
