• Speed is equalized
• Characters have their standard equipment.
• No knowledge of each other. No civilians or vehicles in the area.
• Stat amps cap at 100 Megatons. Stat reduction cap at 6.3 Megatons
• Victory is achieved under what is defined by SBA.
  • Matches have a time limit of 12 hours. Past that, any decisive immobilization or incapacitation for more than 10 seconds becomes a victory condition.

From what i'm getting his main way of attacking is by producing tremors and earthquakes?

Yeah, this had to be one of the most unluckiest match pulls. The fact that the Floor’s earthquakes can spread across all of Paradise which is kilometers in length means that one quake hit would be all it takes to defeat Kiato due to being well over the one-shot gap.

As much as the Floor has limitations that he’s bound to the ground and lacks aerial options, this match had to be a very unfortunate one by how he got pit against someone he one-shots, so this is a stomp.

Eh, maybe only a few characters who have been shown to upscale scaling from Bow one-shotting Apple. Though, the Floor isn’t one of them. He only regularly powerscales from Marshmallow due to withstanding the Fist Thingy which can hurt Marshmallow, and everyone is capable of surviving the Fist Thingy.

He quakes the earth he’s on, and he can be hurt by being hit in the face.

The only thing I can add is that Kiato is able to reduce the damage he recieves and reflect it

As he survived using that against a high 7-A character

But the problem is doing that against the ******* floor, I don´t know if that is possible
