First off, let's establish an important fact that Old World/Alma Torran has different rules than New World.

Yet, David can forcibly do it by dimensional powers :
1. David can forcefully pierce through Rukh dimension. As said before, this requires powers on par with the Creator God itself.
2. David can hide the dimensional irregularity of connection to Rukh dimension.
3. David created a Staff which act as key so Solomon later will be able to see through dimensional irregularity. The Staff also contains instructions on how to merge multiple dimensions into one.

While still a human, Solomon can already 'lifedrain' the Creator God and give part of it's soul to everyone in the world

Remember how Solomon can manipulate all the magic energy of the Creator God? Other ancient humans can presumably do it too, albeit to lesser degree as hinted by Ugo.
