I would want to note that even though Nega Chin only did his Nega Vision once, he did it because he viewed Mighty Mom and Dyno Dad as too powerful since they defeated the rest of his villain team. So I would actually see him removing Tanjiro's powers due to having a higher AP than him.

Tanjiro has better mobility + Precog + Senses that allow him to see faster characters in slow motion + better skill. Highly doubt thats gonna hit him
