hmm,question,if an character have an attack that is an artillery rain,do we unallow the attack?
because artillery require people to work on it to fire,and wouldn't that fall under the sba rule that don't allow outside help on battle?

Eh, I'd say anyone below low 2-C. Numbers still matter then so it's easier to actually find fights. I guess I mainly stay in the tier 6 region because of my work with Mashle.
