That's not what characterizes Xianxia... "Big power" =/= Xianxia, these things are common in the west, and in japan, and in literally every form of fictional media.
And we've already had feats of those levels, and even greater ones.

Meh, after reading hundreds of power fantasy Xianxia. It is one of the most characterising trope in my opinion.

HSR isn't a power fantasy series, it's space fantasy. Power levels are very much secondary.
Anyway.

I found the Dan Heng star eater statement, and it's a bit useless.
"她记得寡言的丹恒如何一枪击退吞食星辰的巨兽"
"She remembered how the silent Dan Heng struck back the star-devouring behemoth"

Duly note, this is very unusable scaling wise. 星辰 means star in the broadest sense of the word, it effectively describes 'lights in the sky'. Which could be anything from an actual star to a planet.
This could imo be something like:
At least Multi-Continent level (GBE of Pluto, a dwarf planet, which can also be described using this word), possibly Star level.
However, given the fact that Welt is sub-planet level (verbatim stated so), I'd rather take the lower and and just roll with it.

Yeah here's the thing about that, we know very explicitly that Welt isn't beyond planet level. But I guess so, yeah.
Albeit, you could argue that he got one of those offscreen powerups (despite his profile telling us that his prime might've been stronger)

Yeah i know, its kinda ruined that the statement included almost everyone even him
And we cant rly use his 5-A blackhole calc bcs blackholes in hi3-hsr work differently than real ones
 
So from what i can tell our current options for AP and speed scaling are

AP
Doomsday Beast scaling: High 6-A to 5-B
Dan Heng scaling: High 6-A to 4-C
Phantylia scaling: Low 5-B to High 5-A
HI3/ Welt scaling: Wherever the **** those guys end up

Speed
Supersonic from Bronya moving at relative pace to a bullet
Sub-Relativistic from Selee slicing a bullet
Relativistic from HI3/ Welt scaling
 
You know, if you completely ignore the dimensional scaling of HG2 and whatever, it becomes consistent with HI3rd

God Tiers+ = At least Large Star level (Jhana moving through space has this much energy, bare minimum. Femiris called CotW a 'stellar energy level object') ~ Multi-Solar System level (The Commander of the Will spent hundreds of billions of star systems worth of energy to send the first few strands of Honkai Energy to HG2's Earth) = Commander of the Will, Kiana & Mei post-Ascension, Finale Cast after being buffed by Kiana & Mei, Delta
God Tiers = At least Large Star level (Jhana moving through space has this amount of energy roughly) = HG2 Full Herrscher of Finality, Jhana, Godsbane Battlesuit Mei
Top Tiers = At least Planet level (Stated to be capable of destroying the world) = HI3rd Cocoon of Finality, HG2 Wendy, Fu Hua, Unified Wills, most post-awakening Herrschers in HG2 (Mei, Sirin, etc.), a good chunk of the HG2 cast generally
Mid Tiers = At least Multi-Continent level (HI3rd calcs & whatever not) = Mostly HI3rd peeps, a good chunk of the post-Metamorphisis Herrschers
Low Tiers = At least City level ~ Continent level (HI3rd calcs & statements still) = Most Herrschers in HI3rd

I know practically nothing about HG2 but you can't just selectively delete an entire part of the story because "it's more consistent that way" if it's something vague and poorly defined then that's fine.

I didn't say that I'm using that scaling, I just said if.
HG2 has way too consistent L1C-H1C scaling to ignore lmao
 
Good Night Sleep Well on the Weapon Banner just means I might have to pull for Acheron's Weapon just because I need Dupes, so Acheron might become my best built unit with her BiS weapon, not to mention all the pre-farmed materials
