No it does, as said like a literal dozen times in that thread, it has nothing to do with being an "outlier", nor does the existence of higher feats even affect whether or not it's ok. It isn't that GD is "7-B so it's bad", it's how that 7-B is being obtained, is the issue. Everyone but Dale seems to be fundamentally misunderstanding the issue

I brought this up in the upgrade thread but I also wanted to also bring it up here, since the Typhoon Devil can generate Low-7C+ amounts of energy due to fear scaling wouldn't high tiers just scale above it?

I think he meant how in CSM, the literal fear of a demon/concept, affects its power. Like the Gun Devil or the Darkness Devil is blowing the **** out of the chicken devil because guns and the dark are feared far more in general, thus leading to stronger demons.
So like, literal fear scaling, not that shit that pushes Boros up to like 5-C or whatever.

I know what CSM fear scaling is, it's why every Devil has a preface power-level of Varies
I just haven't seen a convincing argument that it'd function like a UES, or even NPES, and therefore allow Environmental Destruction to Attack Potency. I just think of it as a hard set of rules for CSM scaling, since it's the nature of Devils.

if i remember correctly he was already transformed when he came out of thef fox devil so we don't know how much it damaged him

At the very least we can be sure it didn't kill him, otherwise he wouldn't have been able to transform. But that still probably wouldn't be solid scaling seeing as the fox devil swallowed him instead of biting or ramming him with his 9-A+ force.
