Honkai: Star Rail Discussion Thread

Regarding the Phantylia Star Throw feat:
U = (3Gm^2)/(r(5-n))
n = 3 (It's a yellow star, so...)
r = 6.378e+6 m (Earth radius)
V= 1.083e+21 m3 (Earth Volume)
Rho = 1408 kg/m3 (Sun density)
m = 1.524864e+24 kg
G = 6.67408e-11 m3 kg-1 s-2
U = (3 x 6.67408e-11 x 1.524864e+24^2)/(6.378e+6(5-3)) = 3.649727e+31 Joules
GBE = Small Planet level

According to Jack's calc, which I find inaccurate because he assumes the star is a white dwarf, despite very clearly not being one:
27700000 m/s is the speed at which it's moving.
Relativistic KE: 5.584×10^38 Joules = Dwarf Star level

We know from Honkai 3rd that even most metamorphized Herrschers don't have nearly enough energy to destroy a planet, let alone non-metamorphized ones like Welt.
So this is consistent.
The star-eater mention could also be interpreted as planet-eater depending on what the Chinese text says, if someone has it, feel free to send it to me.

Metamorphized Herrschers are those that fully awakened, so like, Herrscher of Truth, Herrscher of Thunder, Herrscher of Void.
Welt, Wendy, HoR Bronya, Herrscher of Corruption, Herrscher of Star, etc. don't fall into the category

Just Herrschers, we don't really know which type.
As for 4-A, if you're talking about the Elysia thing, I disagree with it. Mainly because the entire space isn't really normal, it's a giant pink ocean with stars that glow pink. Do note, in Chinese, the word 星 can just mean "lights in the sky" (which is sorta how the ancient romans called jupiter, mars, etc. stars), aka star but in the figurative sense.

What's make it funnier is that the rewards of HSR Anniversary are not spectacular but still really good nonetheless, compared to what Genshin did

Still it's refreshing that no uproar happened right now, tho the memes are still going to flood regardless lel

Is the free 5 star leak for hsr true?
 
I don't think it was ever a leak, just people memeing so much about how HSR gives marginally better rewards. This time was pretty alright, 30 free pulls.

Acheron is a pretty cool Nihility character whose moveset revolves around debuffs. Aventurine's a pretty fire Preservation character with a skill that gives a team-wide stackable shield, along with a follow-up he gets from his burst/stacks when hit, so he's definitely a good pair for Topaz and Ratio.

Anyway, my cope for the gang is that Duke might (big might) not be dead yet, we see that 3 corpse of what seem like Duke Inferno fell down, so if Duke somehow can clone himself, who's to say he wouldn't know mid fight that they wouldn't stand a chance and just order the rest to retreat while he blow up the ship and have his consciousness fly off to some other body, making it seem like they got murked but they simply ran.

In the finale right after the epilogue, we'll get a cutscene with the attendance doing something on Penacony and Duke force his way into the dream with 12 body to give the crowd some speech about destruction and annihilation gang, then Penacony blew up, killing anyone still on the planet and turn the concsiousness in the dream to lightcone.

Duke then take all of the lightcone, do some shenanigans about it then burn all of them then destroy his body. Cut to Duke somewhere else with the body of the other attendants slowly woke up. The first to wake up look at Duke and before they can say anything, the first thing that enter their eyes is the vast amount of lightcone behind Duke and ask in surprise and Duke explain what he did. Duke then do some speech once the explanation is finished and adjourn the meeting once it's all over. He then turn back to the lightcone and said a bunch of thing to himself but then drop a huge bomb shell, the Duke is not only the head of the annihilation gang but is also implied to, in fact, might be Aha. Cut to black screen with manic laughter.
 
Tbh, I think there is a chance they'll bring Duke Inferno back. Idk, the rest of his squad might find a way to reassemble him like a Bionicle.
 
Better yet, pull a COD MW2 2022 Graves: I was never in the tank. The place they were filming their promo were a different infernal mansion. Still fulfill the annihilation gang being wipe out stuff and Duke corpse is just BS gassing herself into believing it without confirmation.
 
So she probably have both Origin and Finality authority due to Naught being made from both. Tho i don't know how not having COF would affect her scaling to Kiana.

Also this might confirm that HI3rd and HSR happens before GGZ since Honkai was supposed to be pruned by the end of part 1... Don't know, gonna have to wait for Bun on this one.

Not necessarily the case.
The Cocoon of Finality is just one of many different Honkai Beings that are stated to invade our Universe in HG2.
HG2 (Commander of the Will is erased, Honkai Beings can independently invade the Universe) -> HSR ~ Hi3rd
