In its 2nd appearance it has the same statement and damages part of Marvins lair. In it last appearnace it created an explosion that left nth of his lair nor Mars(meaning it has been upgraded over time)
Devil Dog both basic and ultimate attack involves flames burstinf out of the ground

Super Bugs can fly up and throw a satelite with one hand. In a comic the last 4 characters fight and super toons have power beyond compare.
