Hey King, I was thinking about something we'd argued about in the OP Wano revision thread.
I've realized that you were right about Perospero not scaling to Zoan Tobiroppo since that'd **** up the scaling. I'm not gonna contest that.
Instead, I noticed while rereading the AP revision thread how Usopp and Nami had their durability scaled to the base Tobiroppo for at least being relative to the Zoan Tobiroppo due to tanking a few hits from them, even if they did severe damage to Usopp and Nami.
Because of this, I was thinking that, since Pero took multiple hits from Injured Base Neko even if they badly hurt him, he could scale to >= Base Tobiroppo due to being relative to someone above Zoan Tobiroppo by an unknown margin, for a reason similar to Nami and Usopp scaling to Base Tobiroppo. The only difference will be that his AP also scales just to >= Base Tobiroppo, or 119.2 gigatons.
That way, it doesn't screw up the Katakuri scaling since Kata still scales in Base above that value, especially since Damage is in favor of the 4x multiplier for Snakeman so Base Kata will then scale to 159.2 megatons once that CRT ends.
I would make a CRT for this but I didn't want to waste everyone's time.
And after this I'll drop all arguments regarding Perospero's level until future notice.
