Basically, this heavily implies that the abilities that was granted to his creations might be from the kaiju inside of him. After all, he is more than capable of
incorporating abilities he has access to into his creation

capable of multiple abilities in one body, and given that it contains
hundreds of kaiju, it should be able to access a variety of abilities, including those granted to its creations: Kaiju Nos. 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, Fungal-type Kaiju, Third Wave Daikaiju, and so on. One of its many abilities is the ability to explode from anywhere on its body)
