I agree in some cases the animation was good, it's a shame that in the middle there were moments where they spat vomit in your face between filters, shitty sound effects, censorship, snappy moments and the beginning of the episode totally definable as Power Point etc.

Yeah, Iaian cutting Rhino Wrestler's horn and phasing through the bullets were two of the low-lights of the season I keep seeing brought up. Then Zombieman got his face distorted and decided to pull out a lollipop after he got his arm cut off.
Imagine if this season aired 20 years ago before the average viewer would go to internet forums to talk about the season with other fans. Anime onlies would be so confused s3, IDK how much of the story would be intelligible with no context

Looking back at Goketsu's rating, I don't think he should be scaling to Saitama destroying the meteor.
Genos didn't come to the conclusion of Goketsu being stronger than Saitama out of any reasonable logic.
He was already damaged, got blitzed and one shotted. And just decided that Goketsu must be stronger than Saitama because of his "presence". Like literally Aura Scaling.
Why would this make him stronger than Saitama ? It's not like Genos himself is as durable as the meteor. And even the cockroach can blitz him, he just lacked the Power to one shot Genos.
Hell when he does become meteor level he is literally out there fighting the strongest Monster in the monster association.
And yes he has a country level feat but even then it puts him so much above the rest of the Cadres that he one shot all of them.
His scaling is just weird.

Do that and you will gain the clarity that some filler monster whose strongest attack got negged by a squirt does not compare to a monster who was called strong by Saitama himself multiple times, survived his punches, shocked him with speed, managed to send Saitama out of Earth, and even made Saitama think their fight was almost a real fight. I am honestly shocked this is even a discussion

It literally wasn't close to a real fight. Look at Boros at the end, he even admits that he wasn't a real fight, that Saitama was still holding back.
He is sad and disappointed because Boros wasn't a real fight. Also Boros got splattered the same way Orochi did, he just had Regenration. Shocked him ? MF when ?

What's One gonna do ? The anime is entirely owned by the Production committee, One has no say. He likely got a email telling him to promote the anime and he did.
Although unlike Mangaka's who are dependent on Publishing studios so they much keep quite to stay in the business, One has a lot of freedom to say what he wants because the webcomic is entirely by him.
Although he does make royalties on both Manga and Anime, bashing the anime would be bad for him as well.

Now that we have basically gone through almost the entire season, do you think OPM will lose its image of a action anime juggernaut.
I mean if 6 years of nothing wasn't bad enough, this season literally shot it in the head.
Out of any arc, monster association arc is the one most carried by action and spectacle. The comedy is barely there.

But once the distance is great enough that Tats can put up a barrier, Flashy is dead. She can kill him in a 100 different ways. It would be very simple for her to create a big barrier and then shrink it until it collides with her barrier effectively crushing Flash with no escape.

Debatable. Even without her barrier, Tatsumaki has an active aura shield which was durable enough to tank various attacks from Gyoro Gyoro, a laser barrage from Orochi's Heart Element, and Psykorochi's god beams. If it were any other esper, I'd probably agree, but Tatsumaki is of a different class.

In an on-guard match where she is facing him in a duel-like scenario I think she'd easily win. The moment she has a barrier up he can't do anything and her AoE counteracts his speed. But there are scenarios where he could take her by surprise, theoretically.
